Some flowers may arrive out of shape from shipping, but you can easily refresh them by hand or with a steamer.

Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, and other weather conditions might change your flowers color and shape.

Store your bouquet in a cool, dry place until you’re ready for the aisle.

If misshaped or dusty, gently fix with a soft brush, dry cloth, or cool-air hair dryer.

Do not use water-it may damage the piece.

Sometimes due to the original materials out of stock, so we would change some flowers out, but will keep it in the same design and color.

Slight differences from photos are normal!,
Each item is handcrafted and colors may vary naturally-these are not defects.

Materials & Sensitivity
Made with PC, EVA, fabric, and adhesives. If you have material sensitivities, avoid prolonged contact.
Handle with care and keep out of reach of children and pets.
