If there is anything that does not meet your needs or expectation
you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving for a refund or exchange.

Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.
Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.
If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.

Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect.
Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product in the same price.
If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.
All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it's unavailable when we receive the returns, a refund will be issued instead.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@truemomentscompany.com
if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
REPLACEMENTS
Replacements are provided only for items that are wrongly sent, missing, defected, or damaged; refunds are not issued under this policy.
If you receive incorrect items, you will be required to return them before replacements are processed.
